Highly Visible Open Water Swim Buoy for Recreational Swimmers, Triathletes, and Kayakers

Crystal (Lakegirl) has always had a passion for swimming, especially open-water swimming. After a couple of close encounters with fast-moving water crafts, she knew something had to be done to increase her visibility and enhance the safety of open-water swimmers like herself. Determined and motivated, she set out to find a solution.

After sketching out a design and creating a working prototype, Crystal began taking the Freedom Buoy with her whenever she went swimming. It didn't take long for her to realize the additional benefits outside of visibility. The Freedom Buoy can also act as a way to signal in times of emergency and a kick-board for novice swimmers.

The Freedom Buoy is designed to provide high visibility, low weight, and low resistance, ensuring it does not affect swimming performance. It is the perfect solution for training in open water, allowing swimmers to swim freely and safely without the need for a nearby spotter. The diver flag option enables swimmers to attach the size and type of flag of their choice.

The bright and visible colors of the Freedom Buoy make it easily viewed by boats and other watercraft operators, reducing the worry of open-water swimmers and increasing their safety. The product is especially beneficial for novice swimmers, who can use it as a kickboard while learning to swim.

Moreover, the Freedom Buoy is great for kayaking and paddle boating. Attaching the buoy will make the user more visible, and in an event of emergency, it can act as a signaling device.

When choosing the Freedom Buoy, there are three color options available:

Green: Best used in open waters, such as oceans, where the contrast between the green and the dark water/horizon makes the buoy highly visible.

Orange: Recommended for locations where the water and the background horizon are light in color.

Red: Ideal for open waters, such as oceans or waterways already using red buoys.

Regardless of the color chosen, the Freedom Buoy's bright and visible design ensures that open-water swimmers, kayakers, and paddle boaters can swim and navigate safely, with reduced worry and increased visibility to other water traffic and spotters.
